The Chesterfield Palm Beach hotel is reminiscent of a time when high tea was in fashion and turn-down service was de rigueur. Built in 1926, the building is registered as an historical landmark with the Palm Beach Preservation Foundation. The original owners designed their hotel to emulate a European bed and breakfast, and the Chesterfield retains this Continental flair. The intimate 53-room boutique hotel is awash in plush upholstered fabrics and richly patterned fabrics and wall coverings.
New arrivals are greeted with a glass of sherry and a selection of fresh-baked cookies. All rooms receive a selection of chocolates along with their nightly turn-down service and free Wi-fi.
Make a reservation for their afternoon tea service or have a traditional English breakfast al fresco in the courtyard. The Chesterfield Palm Beach is known for its Leopard Lounge, a chic spot to enjoy live music and mingle with the jet-set clientele.
