- A 2- or 3-night minimum stay required many Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays through October
- Prices based on up to 4 guests in two-queen rooms
- Children 12 and under stay free of charge when using existing hotel bedding
- No matter where you book, this hotel charges a resort fee of $32 plus tax, per night (this fee is already included in the Travelzoo rate); the fee covers unlimited Wi-Fi access; beach setups, including umbrellas, chairs and towels; and more
- Self-parking is $42 plus tax, per day

The front desk employee, Zephyr, who checked us in was great and very helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant too. Service on the beach with chairs and umbrellas was awesome. We will definitely go back.

The rooms were average. The property is nice. Beach is nice. Would have been good to have a server at the pool for drinks. Two dining experiences were not good as far as the wait. Will probably not return

The location of the hotel was perfect being it was right on the ocean. The pool was delightful. We would definitely go back. The price we paid was a good deal.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed Larry, the shuttle driver. The shuttle service was a plus since we didn’t have a car.

1. Shuttle bus service cancelled "personnel issuses. 2. Advervisted breakfast to 1130. Arrived at 1045 & told changed hours earlier. Next dinner ran out of hamburgers. Each step ruined trip.

What an amazing hotel! This was the best Travelzoo find. Right on the beautiful, scenic beach. The staff members were beyond kind and helpful. Our room was great- plenty of room and large beds with a great balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Housekeeping lady was so wonderful and went above and beyond. We even utilized free hotel shuttle to take us to a lively dinner at Dukes. The staff that set up your umbrellas and chairs were so nice as well. I’d love to return here every year. We had a truly memorable time. Thank you La Jolla Shores and thank you Travelzoo.
