Great staff, beautiful rooms, clean and trendy decor! Loved the hotel portion. The restaurant was pretty and food was good. But unfortunately the pool area was so loud having the main road right there and inside the pool was dirty, we were hoping to spend longer up there but it just wasn’t relaxing at all.

We enjoyed our visit to Naples. The room was really nice and I love how they didn't install carpets. The pillows were really soft for my taste and the mattress could have been more comfortable. Since there were 4 pillows on each bed, it would have nice to have two of them be firmer so we have a choice.
I loved the balcony and the chairs were very comfortable. Happy hour was good. The pool could use an attendant to pick up all the empty glasses and the dirty towels. Also, there were unattended teenaged boys throwing a ball back and forth in the pool. They were climbing over the glass fence to retrieve the ball and overall just disturbing everyone in the pool area. They were throwing the ball really hard and could have hurt someone. A pool attendant could have immediately put a stop to this nonsense.

Warmly welcomed; room was clean, contemporary and comfy. The lobby is luxurious and the rooftop bar .. fun! The hotel is also perfectly located within walking distance of 5th Avenue shops and close to many attractions.
Other Comments
Wish they weren't charging $20 to park each night -- too steep for regular lot parking in the sun IMO. They DID have lots of EV chargers for those with electric vehicles, though.
