My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Joseph. The location was perfect - just a short walk to Broadway. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. We loved the extra large tv and the shower. I appreciated the lighted makeup mirror. We also appreciated the welcome gifts from the spa, the welcome beverages and waived valet parking thanks to Travelzoo. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the hotel and the five star experience it provided. All the employees were pleasant and appeared to love their jobs. The only thing I would have liked was a nightlights in the bathroom.

Very unusual that there was no refrigerator available in the room for guests to use. There was one fully loaded with items available for sale. Hotel responded quickly by providing a mini-fridge - which sat in the middle of the room throughout our stay. Also unusual, no ice available without contacting service folks.

Fun staycation date night for us. Enjoyed the several bars and the restaurant. Dinner was exceptional.

Service at the front desk, restaurant, and pool bar was great. Speak easy service was meh. A bit snooty for our taste. Wasn't busy at all and it took more than 30 minutes to get a drink. When asking questions about the cocktails, the server scoffed at us. Also, minimal wine selection for my wine loving wife.
