Front desk was not friendly and gave out wrong information about the breakfast buffet hours on Labor Day. This hotel is new, and if this is the future of hotel design, it is a bleak prospect going forward. The most soulless rooms I have ever stayed in. Do you like gray? If so, this place is for you. Everything seems designed to be cheaper at the expense of a welcoming atmosphere. The parking is a joke as well. There is NOTHING cool about this hotel. They even close the rooftop when the restaurant is closed. Shutting out the views of the mountains to your guests tells me that hospitality is not part of their strategy.

Very modern decor, feels a little cold though even with the “fireplaces”. We arrived early, checked in, swiped our credit card and waited for the room to be ready.
Complimentary managers reception was ok. Limited to 2 free glasses of wine or cocktails at a reduced rate.
Room was fine, nicely decorated, clean bathroom.
After a day out we returned to the room not having been cleaned! The covers were pulled up, but it looked as if someone had laid on the bed! The used towels and washcloths and glasses from the day before were not replaced. I notified the front desk by phone. Hours later went to front desk to notify them in person about the situation. Our towels and washcloths were finally replaced but nothing else.

Spacious room, indoor pool and tasty breakfast buffet with made-to-order items were hits with our family during our 5-night stay. Very lovely hotel. There were many young boys at the hotel due to a softball tournament. They were fun to watch at the hotel. Only problem came during the breakfast buffet (which was very nice by the way) when some of the boys were not watching where they were going. I was almost knocked down when they did a quick turn round. Although there was a hostess checking room numbers - there did not seem to be anyone from the hotel watching the boys in the buffet area.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is immolate and staff is there to please guests. Downtown is an easy walk away. The only restaurant on the Rooftop serves pizza. Car park is valet only for a charge of $30 daily. Suites are modern and have limited storage space. Elevators were responsive with little wait time. Breakfast and happy hour were very nice with ample selections.

This is a very nice new hotel well located to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. We enjoyed the evening reception and the made to order eggs in the morning. The staff were all very accommodating and well trained. We really enjoyed eating at Soprano, the rooftop restaurant that has beautiful views of the mountains. The parking valets were very efficient in bringing our car. This was an excellent stay.

This hotel is very nice in every way. We were traveling with a little dog which limited our flexibility a bit. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and had to take the dog to the car while we were in the restaurant; unfortunately that meant going out to the parking garage which was a separate building each time. The food was excellent at both meals. Registration desk staff were very pleasant and efficient. We would enjoy a longer stay there.

We booked 2 queen beds with sofa sleeper suite through Travel Zoo. Upon arrival we were told that Travel Zoo had overbooked and they should have contacted us, which they did not. Instead we given a king bed with sofa sleeper with the promised we would receive the correct room in the morning with an upgrade for our inconveniences. The next morning we went to the front desk and were told there there are no rooms available and whoever we checked in with the night before never left any notes. We would need to wait and see if something opened up. Thankfully with the help of Annie and Kasey at the front desk we were able to move to the correct size.

My 30 year old daughter and I went on a 5 day trip to Asheville as a mother/daughter vacation. We hiked in the mountains, we visited Biltmore Estate, we shopped at boutique stores, we visited several cafes, restaurants, and book stores. It was our first visit to North Carolina and it was a great time.

It was a great stay with my daughter. You can't ask for a better location to Downtown Asheville. We decided to not rent a car and it was no problem to either walk or use Uber or Lyft. I would highly recommend a trip to Asheville and a stay at Embassy Suites.

Embassy Suites is a beautiful, clean new hotel in downtown Asheville. The hotel offers a made to order breakfast, happy hour with two complimentary drinks daily, and comfortable rooms. We stayed in a Mountain View suite and enjoyed the comfort of the two room suite. Beds are comfortable and the hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. One thing to note is the mandatory $30 per day valet. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit to Asheville.

The hotel was very beautiful! The staff was very polite and usually more than happy to help. Wish it wasn’t a pet friendly hotel. People fed their dog from the table and put it on their lap at breakfast. Another suggestion would be to not allow cell phones on speaker in the dining room. That was very annoying. Several couples had to move to another area of the dining room. When an employee was asked to tell the person to turn the phone off of speaker she said,”there is nothing I can do about it.” It was a good value for our stay. Thank you.
