Food is extremely overpriced. Someone spent $8 on a small 10 oz bottle of ginger ale. They sell a 20oz bottle for $1.89 literally across the street and a block away.
A tasty but very watery soup that was supposed to have chicken and noodles barely had anything in it but alot of water; it cost almost $50 w/tip for 2 oversized cups. No crackers or bread even. Aside from this everything was comfortable, family liked the pool and beach. Regular rates are very high but discounted price was worth it. Pleasant stay overall.

Overall was a good experience, friendly staff, close to the beach and a lot of dining options at the hotel and surrounding area. My only issues were the in room coffee machine wouldn't work and air condition wouldn't get as cold as we would like.

It was amazing! The staff was wonderful and food delicious. I think the lady’s name is Teresa, she was manager at front desk, she was so joyful and nice.

This hotel was very nice and looked recently refurbished or new. Room was excellent and dining was delicious. Restaurants were pricey and the resort fee was very high, but it did have nice amenities like towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs. Some staff were not overly friendly, but everyone was polite.

The room we were given wasn't properly cleaned before we arrived, there were coffee stains all over the coffee table. The towels in our bathroom were damaged with holes in them and this is a place that's averaging around $400 a night. There is no excuse for a place that charges this type of price and have torn towels not once but on multiple nights even after they clean the room and replaced dirty towels with new ones.
The worst part of this hotels experience is the lack of response when trying to reach the front desk from the room phone. The receptionist line is always busy and prompts callers to leave a voice mail every time we tried to call down stairs and this wasn't once or twice this was the case over 12 times that we tried to reach someone over multiple days.
Zero sense of urgency and it isn't acceptable even Motel 8 have someone answering their phone.
