What You Need to Know
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made prior to 3 p.m. local time, 60 days before arrival to receive a refund of the 50% deposit (room, tax and service fee) less a 10% administrative fee
- Note: The hotel will contact guests at the phone number listed on booking confirmations prior to arrival to arrange activities and experiences
- 2-night minimum stay required
- Prices vary by room type and number of guests per room. Our system only allows reservations for up to 5 guests–rest assured; the Chandler Cottage and Bartlett Cottage can accommodate more guests
- Children 2 and under stay free of charge when using existing hotel bedding
- No matter where you book, this hotel charges a service fee of 15%; the fee is 100% paid to service staff and covers food and beverages, housekeeping, guide and activity gratuities
