- Cancellation Policy: Full prepayment (room and tax) is required upon booking. Cancellations must be made prior to 3 p.m. local time, 72 hours before arrival to receive a full refund of the full-stay deposit. The total value of the booking (room and tax) will be forfeited for cancellations received after this time or no-shows.
