We went with 2 toddlers anticipating that the Tampa riverwalk would be a good experience for them. It is not kid-friendly at all. I'm also disappointed that I was charged a resort fee, that was never disclosed by either Travelzoo or the hotel.

Towels in room were very old and rough. Breakfast buffet didn't have enough staff. Overall, nice hotel, they just need to fix a couple things.

A/c didn’t work correctly. Travel zoo listed amenities that the hotel said wasn’t available (ie museum tickets). Hotel did not mention availability of bike rental. Given option of 2 drinks or one breakfast at check in instead of credit.

Went with another couple - it was relaxing, clean, great location. Staff were nice and attentive. Hotel was clean and even though there was a prom there and graduations locally the hotel rooms were quiet so you did not hear hall noise, etc.

The only part of offer that was not available was the wine tasting. The staff advised that is something they are no
longer doing. We were really looking forward to that little extra perk. I’d suggest removing it as part of the offer on your site.
