Enjoyed Most: The service was really wonderful. All the staff was pleasant and friendly and efficient. The beds were great and the towels were thick!
Other Comments: The only negative was that it was a bit noisy. If you are looking for quiet you will not have that between 7 am and 10pm because it is right downtown and next to the Max tram. But the other side of that coin is that you are right downtown and next to the Max tram!!!

Other Comments: This is a great location if you're attending Keller Theatre. Nel Centro is wonderful, good food, nice bar and the fireplaces on the patio are a lovely way to spend an evening.

Other Comments: The room (516) backed onto the elevator machinery, constant noise

Enjoyed Most: Great bed and location
Other Comments: The slide-in bathroom door was extremely hard to close. I would recommend making that close much easier. Or install a different style bathroom door.

Enjoyed Most: The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Nel Centro was a nice place to have happy hour and the patio was wonderful.
Other Comments: Only one (out of two) elevators were working, which meant very long waits. The door to the stairs was locked for some reason and we were told that the stairs actually dropped you at the street, not in the hotel. My question-- what if there'd been a fire or other emergency and the door to the fire stairs was locked. Seemed odd. I booked through Travelzoo, which included free valet parking, a free room upgrade (if possible), and 2:00pm checkout. I did get the free valet parking, which was amazing. I did not get a room upgrade and the hotel staff said that it would cost an extra $35 to checkout after 1:00pm. Needless to say, we rushed through brunch to make sure we were out of the room on time.
