This is a beautiful resort and has everything you would expect from a resort...plus more! Multiple pools, cabanas, jacuzzi, restaurants, bar with bowling lanes, wine tasting rooms, food & drink market, music events, vineyard walking path...and even a small beautiful chapel.

My wife and daughter spent 2 nights, the hotel was a little understaffed. Also there was a problem with the amount charged for the room, which didn't match the amount quoted by Travel Zoo.

Beautiful hotel with nice amenities. Interesting activities and upcoming events. Breakfast options are minimal, especially at Fivetown Grocery gourmet market which was only satisfactory. Stay here, eat someplace else.

Just a one-night get-away in wine country. Unfortunately we were having torrential downpours/flooding so it put a bit of a damper on activities we might have enjoyed.

The rooms were spacious, including a lovely bathroom. The only restaurant, Olive & Hay, was mediocre, though service was very attentive; and all the extra service charges on top of a simple room service breakfast made the price ridiculously high.

We arrived 55 minutes early. We were told we could go to our room, but it would cost us another $50.00. That did not make us feel special or welcome. Getting correct and useful information from the staff was no happening. A lot of misinformation and the information provided to make finding our room impossible. We were charged a resort fee and 3 of the 5 wine tasting venues were closed and the two that were open didn’t open until 2:00. Only one of the restaurants were open. I expected the $300 room to be special, but it was like any other $300 room. I never figured out what the Travelzoo deal was. This was my first disappointment with the many Travelzoo bookings I’ve made over the years.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the grand reserve metitage. The staff was fun and gave great recommendations on where to dine and what to do after a day of wineries. Sadly, we didn’t get to explore the property too much because of the weather but we will definitely be staying here again.

Staff is excellent! Maraiah was amazing when she helped curate our experience. Carolina at the ice skating rink went above and beyond! And Andrew was our server at Olive & Hay and Village Bistro. Great service. We will be back and I have been recommending it to all our friends.
