Great location, and trendy. The entrance can get a bit bottlenecked with only 2 elevators, but otherwise very nice and not too pricey.

My friend and I enjoyed our visit to the M Social. The atmosphere was festive and fun. The TravelZoo deal provided value for our money. Service was helpful and professional and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar views and bustling lobby lounge.

Location was very good. Price was reasonable for a room in midtown compared to other hotels.

Rooms were small and very dark, especially bathroom. It was like being in a poorly lite cave. No clock in room. TV remote did not work. Requested extra towels and “Do not disturb” placard on first day and never got either. Only four elevators. It took 20-25 minutes each day to get to lobby. Everyone complained about elevators being packed and the time it took to get one. I mentioned this to front desk, and all they said was they agreed. Breakfast at restaurant offered a limited buffet for $37, which was not worth it. Overall, the faculty was well below the standards that my wife and I are used to. Definitely would not go back.

Great! We had a wonderful stay for two years in a row booking through travelzoo. The hotel is close to theatres and centrally located between Times Square, Central Park, fifth Ave and Hells Kitchen restaurants. Unfortunately, the new membership fees will not allow us to book again in the future through travelzoo.

The front desk gentleman was amazing. After arriving from our EARLY morning flight, we needed to freshen up before beginning our day in the city. Our room was not ready, however he allowed us access to the more secluded fitness restroom where we could access our bags and change for the very cold temperatures of NYC at Christmas time.
This curtesy was much appreciated!!

The appetizer and bar were great, and the outside rooftop area is perfect to relax and take in the view.

The shower ran either really hot or cold, and lack of lip on the floor basically flooded the bathroom whenever we showered.

Cute boutique hotel. My room faced Times Square. Awesome view! The check in at 4 is always inconvenient but charging $75 to check in before 4 is robbery. Now I see why so many people were camped out in the lobby watching the clock. Most were sleeping.

The staff was great at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Our only complaint was that the water machines on almost all of the floor were broken when we tried to refill our water bottles.

It was mixed -- the hotel was nice and quiet, though there was a flashing bright light outside my window. I was not able to secure early check-in, which was disappointing (and I suspect was because of purchasing through Travelzoo)...and the check-in staff did not include the promised two drink vouchers. I went the bar at 11:45 pm after seeing a show and was told it was closed, even though hours were until midnight. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, but overall it was mixed and not a great value.
