Why We Love This Deal

Ask anyone who’s visited Charleston, and they’ll tell you: Stay in the Historic District. The Emeline hotel is in the heart of this picturesque neighborhood, known for its 19th-century architecture, cobblestone streets, and a culinary scene serving authentic dishes, like fresh-from-the-dock seafood and okra gumbo. You’ll be steps from popular King Street, boutique shops and music festivals.

This deal covers stays during one of the best times to visit: when the summer heat and crowds subside. It usually costs over $350 to stay at this chic hotel on a weeknight, but Travelzoo members score rates from just $199 per night.

the room was lovely, though small. only real issue is that there was a mask mandate in effect, but there was never a time i passed through the lobby without seeing multiple unmasked individuals that the staff walked right past and did nothing about.

The Emeline is a wonderful property! The location is perfect for walking around downtown Charleston, and the amenities, including access to bicycles and complimentary vehicles, are fabulous! The hotel, itself, is lovely, comfortable, and trendy. We will be back!!

Rooms were tiny and not very upscale for what they try to charge.

Reservations with the certificate were difficult. Couldn't get anything confirmed until check in. That took over 30 minutes for them to figure out the certificate. Then at checkout they wouldn't give me any kind of receipt but assured me it was taken care of. The following month our credit card was charged almost $900 by Emeline for our 2 day stay. Which we them had to dispute, document, and wait on the refund. It was a hassle at every step.

LOVE the Emeline! The Manager went above and beyond to rectify the few hiccups encountered. Regarding the booking process, I would've like to received an email confirmation of my booking --something in writing.
