We had an amazing stay at the Emeline. The staff was incredibly kind and the location is the BEST. We look forward to coming back again.

We had a minor confusion with the Old South Carriage ride and how to book it to get the 20% discount. The hotel should highlight that is needs to be booked with the front desk vs the carriage company directly. Not a big deal. Thank you for a great stay!

Went for a quick girls overnight trip. Staff was amazing from arrival to departure. They let us check in early, they couldn’t get a taxi for us so the guest service manager took us to our dinner reservations so we wouldn’t be late. Location was perfect, we walked to everything! Love the on-site coffee shop, bar and restaurant.

Hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Room was small but nice. Do not like hotels that allow dogs so that is why we would not go back. Do not like hearing barking dogs early in the morning.

Lovely hotel in a great location. There were a few things... Our suite had a buzzing in the ceiling of the bathroom that the friendly staff tried to identify and repair. Unfortunately they did not identify or repair so our very expensive suite was almost unbearably noisy. The staff apologized but did not even discount the room for our dissatisfaction. For this reason we may not return. One other thing, we checked out bikes for a bike ride around the historic district. No one bothered to check the air pressure in the tires. It sure took the enjoyment out of a planned enjoyable bike ride. Small issue but it left the bikes unsafe. We also were not provided with safety helmets. Details matter. We really wanted to love the Emeline, it didn't happen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emeline, and would certain return. The room we finally finished up in was wonderful, very comfortable and plenty of room with a large sitting room, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC, and a king bedroom. We finished up in this room because the front desk, during check in, were incompetent ! Thank goodness, Mike, at the valet, was there to help us ! Initially we were assigned a room that already had occupants ! Then we were given another room where our keycards didn’t work. I had to visit the front desk 3 times before I actually got a room. The Front Desk never really apologized, or accepted their incompetence. At the end of the day, we loved our room and Mike’s tremendous attitude trying to keep us satisfied. Again, on check out, it was Mark from Valet, who was the star of the hotel.
