This hotel is a beautiful and ultra clean one at that!
A lot of restaurants that are good. There is a wooden bridge to the ocean that you can take a tram ride instead of walking. There is also a restaurant there.
Great wide beach and the calm Gulf of Mexico. A must to stay when in Naples.
The rooms are huge and beautiful too!

Wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect.
Other Comments
The only thing that the hotel was lacking was live entertainment on the weekend evenings. They should have a band playing by the bar area for dancing. There was nothing to do at the hotel after dinner every night. I think Live music would be something everyone would enjoy.

Had a wonderful time at the Resort. We had several meals in the hotel restaurants that were very good both in taste and service. A couple of cold drinks from the pool bar and sun umbrellas over the chairs made hot days a lot more tolerable. Loved being on the 11th floor to really have a nice view,too.

Our only complaint would be not having an elevator in the parking garage that led to our floor.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Really enjoyed our large room with a balcony with a great view. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Very clean hotel and pool with slide was great!

We enjoyed our experience overall. The resort needs some upgrades/updates but the service was excellent.
Other Comments
Both times I went to the front desk their "system" was down. When we went to check out, we wanted to pay with a different form of payment, but we couldn't because the receptionists could not get into the system.
