Had a wonderful time at the Resort. We had several meals in the hotel restaurants that were very good both in taste and service. A couple of cold drinks from the pool bar and sun umbrellas over the chairs made hot days a lot more tolerable. Loved being on the 11th floor to really have a nice view,too.

Our only complaint would be not having an elevator in the parking garage that led to our floor.

The room was very nice for the price I paid. I really did not get what was offered as ocean view. I could see the ocean on either side of the condo in front.

The conditions of public areas such as the pools, restaurant. The staff was on point but the places seem like it needs some care.

The service was great. We loved the spacious rooms and balcony views of the gulf. We also enjoyed dining at The Sunset Veranda and having gelato at Spressi. Rhode’s End menu was a bit limited.

Our trip was disappointing because we came to relax by the pool and read. However, we were unable to get two seats at the family pool or the adult pool. The lap pool was empty but there were no umbrellas to provide shade. The beach was also overcrowded so there were no more umbrellas available to purchase. There were only chairs and cabanas for purchase. It wasn’t clear why the beach chairs, umbrellas, or cabanas were not included in the resort fee.

When I checked in, they asked if I self-parked or used valet, but didn't note that the Travelzoo didn't cover valet (only self-park). I feel like they could have been more transparent upon check-in vs. charging me the full $60 for valet for 2 days.

View was not bay or gulf - we looked out onto a dirty roof. They initially had my reservation for 3 days not 4 as it was booked. They told me I was booked in a standard room with 2 queen beds. I booked and received a king room. The room AC was not working properly. Had to be kept on 50 degrees to cool the room.
