The location is the key. Close to the ski mountain as well as the national park. Bed is nice and firm, had a good night's sleep. The sofa bed is hard to sleep on. Kitchen has the basics. Overall the unit we stayed in is clean, but a bit outdated.

Condos condition varies a lot. The one we stayed in is OK, needs some new kitchen utensils, pots with covers, and better towels.

Mountain view was blocked by tall trees. The place seem deserted but when asked to move/exchange/upgrade room, was told nothing else was available. Room keys keep stop working after 24 hours every day, have to visit reception daily to have keys re-activated. Was told everytime keys got reactivated that they should work till checkout time - did not happened! Room location was closest to a pool that was closed! Was experience not good because of the price we paid for thru Travelzoo???

Very well-organized condo with everything you need for a great stay. Bring your steaks, there is a BBQ for you to use as well! The rooms were clean, all appliances worked, the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. My 7-year old boy enjoyed the pool area. Two things to consider when booking. 1. I bet the road up to hotel buildings is difficult to drive in winter. Have good tires and a 4-wheel drive :) 2. It is not in the village; so if you want to party (or ski) and not drive, this hotel is not for you.

Reception staff is not flexible at all with check-in and check-out times. We received our room keys only at 4:30pm, which was an hour and a half later than 3:00pm mentioned on the reservation confirmation. Yet when we were 30 minutes late to check out, a staff member did not fail to mention that I was the last one to check out. At 11:10am we had a housekeeper knocking the door, expecting us to leave. Also, I asked at the reception if there are any picnic tables on the property and was told to use one in town. Later we went to the pool at the hotel and found two tables right outside the pool area that could be perfectly suitable for a picnic. Either they do not know their grounds well, or did not want us there.

The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful when we checked in and out.

An acceptable experience, though our room was a bit...worn. While comfortable enough, the decor was dated, and little things like mismatched silverware and an old 4:3 aspect flat screen tv in the bedroom lent it more the appearance of a rustic cabin by the lake than of a four star resort. In general, could use a bit of an update/makeover, Otherwise, the amenities provided were good and the overall stay was a fair bargain. However, a major disappointment when we tried to use the provided barbecue on the deck - no propane in the tank! We had limited time for the meal so didn't deal with the staff about the issue, but this was a bit of an oversight in the room prep.
