  • The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis performs numbers by 20th century singers Betty Carter, Billie Holiday, Abbey Lincoln and Nina Simone. Guest vocalists Melanie Charles, Shenel Johns and Ashley Pezzotti join the big band, among others, to perform works such as “Tight,” “Strange Fruit” and “Freedom Day.”
