$59 – Matthew Bourne's 'Swan Lake' at Ahmanson Theatre
This production of the classic ballet tells the story of repressed love through a different lens.
Matthew Bourne's production of "Swan Lake" premiered in LA at the Ahmanson Theatre in 1997. Travelzoo members can save up to 50% on tickets to see its Tony award-winning choreography when the ballet returns to the Ahmanson this December.
Tickets cost $59 (reg. $110) for Center Mezzanine seats on performances through Dec. 22
This version has been described by the LA Times as a "uniquely audacious and unforgettable reinterpretation." A dysfunctional royal family is thrown into turmoil when its young prince falls in love with the black swan and is forced to confront his sexuality. This production features an ensemble of all-male swans, offering an intense and athletic performance.
Note: Fees are an additional $8.85 per ticket, but that is less than what you'd pay on regular priced tickets.
Book by Dec. 22.
