Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty; one night's value of the room plus tax will be charged for cancellations received after this time. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to five guests in the elevated tents and up to four people in the glamping yurts; price based on up to three for the One-Bedroom Heritage Chalet. Additional adults can stay for $50 per person per night in the elevated tents; $75 in the yurts; $115 in the chalets. Children 5 and under stay free of charge; children ages 6–16 can stay for an additional $45 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is five in the tents, four in the yurts and three in the chalets.

Additional hotel-specific charges: GST, PST and a 3.5% nightly lodging tax are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.
