Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the tour operator's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the tour operator prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out.
Tour cancellation & rescheduling policy: Once you’ve booked your dates, you can still change your travel dates directly with Himalayan Adventure Treks & Tours. Simply contact the tour company at least 21 days prior to your original travel dates. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the tour company's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
Occupancy rules: Prices are based on two people travelling together. Single supplement of US$250 (approx. $355) applies to Everest Base Camp Trek and Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Minimum two people is required on Annapurna Short Trek & Adventure Activities.
Additional tour-specific charges: International airfare to or from Kathmandu; personal travel insurance and rescue insurance; personal expenses, such as drinks, bottled drinking water, souvenirs, laundry, gratuities etc.; meals and services other than those mentioned in the itinerary; porter service during trek; cable car ticket to Manakamana Temple (10-day tour only); all entrance fees; camera and video fees at heritage sites; Nepal entry visa (approx. $43 for 15-day multi-entry tourist visa and can either apply for a visa at a Nepalese embassy or consulate before travelling, or purchase a tourist visa upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu); early check-in and late check-out at hotels, if not mentioned in the itinerary; any other expenses which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
