Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable.For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: 24 hours cancellation notice required. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the service(s) booked. No shows and missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the booked service(s).

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid daily during spa's operating hours from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Appointments required at least 48 hours in advance; subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure and confirm the appointment. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax and gratuity are not included. Please tip on the full value; 18-20% is customary for good service. We have the right to refuse any guest and/or treatment if they are not behaving appropriately or based on a medical condition that may be a contraindication to the treatment(s) selected.
