paying through Travelzoo was uneventful; reserving the seats on the cruise site was a poor user interface; after several attempts to get the reservation confirmed on their site, I did not receive any written confirmation; I had proof of payment, and I made a print copy of their website reservation calendar page which I brought with me to their check-in desk; My reservation was not confirmed on their site, however the proof of payment to Travelzoo reluctantly helped them accept us as passengers

The only disruption was there were numerous new Canadians on board with a lot of screaming, overactive children. Not conducive to a tranquil cruise!!! No fault to 100 Islands cruises just people in general letting their children do what they want with no concern for others!!

There should possibly be some sort of noise control level rule (meant for children on-board) so that everyone can enjoy the cruise!! The 10:30 am cruise on July 21, 2024 had screaming, overactive children that disturbed numerous patrons on the lower level of that cruise. Was hard to feel relaxed!
