Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.
Hotel cancellation policy: Once you've booked your dates, your booking is noncancellable and vouchers become nonrefundable. No refunds for cancellations or early departures. Guests may rebook their stay within a seven day window for a $50 Administration Fee within the voucher time period expiry. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional guests can stay for an extra $99 plus tax per night. Maximum occupancy is four. Additional guests will be sleeping on a pullout sofa. Westwind Inn is primarily an adult resort.
Additional hotel-specific charges: 13% HST is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is included in the waived nightly resort fee.
