Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out.

The staff were wonderful, and the food was amazing. Staff could provide more details when checking in regarding breakfast hours, WIFI information or at least advise that information is in your room. Also drinking glasses and possibly wine glasses in the room would be nice.

We each had a spa service that was really good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was incredible! The room was quaint and fit with the Victorian style home. Small town, not a lot to do but we were only there for one night.

Maddie the server on numerous occasions was superb. She really enhanced our stay. The food was excellent from a talented chef. Lyle served us breakfast and we enjoyed our chat with him. Overall a great experience and we plan to return to a larger room.

In rated booking as awful, It took one week to get a reply from emails and voice mails which i sent. noone answered the phone on each occasion and no response to my emails. I was about to give up and someone called me on day 7.
