How to book: Purchase this deal from Travelzoo then follow the instructions on the voucher to make a reservation for your desired travel dates. To check availability, visit their website and select desired dates from the calendar then click "check availability." Online reservations required. For general questions, email info@thefallsinn.com. Guests can combine multiple vouchers for longer stays, subject to restrictions. The number of rooms available at this discounted rate is limited and dates may sell out; we highly recommend booking early to get your desired dates. Spa availability is limited and booked on a first-come-first serve basis, subject to availability, not refundable or transferrable. Room upgrades and Spa service must be arranged at time of booking, no cash value, transfer of value or rain check will be offered. Any unused Promotional Value will be forfeited upon checkout. Voucher(s) must be used in 1 visit.
Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account”. After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher.
Hotel Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Once you’ve booked your dates, you can still change your travel dates directly with the hotel. Simply contact the hotel at least 24 hours prior to your original travel dates. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
Occupancy rules: Maximum occupancy is two persons; both over the age of 18.
Additional hotel specific charges: 13% tax is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary. Dining credit is for use toward one meal, must be used during visit and cannot split between meals or transferred between guests.
Booking note: Voucher is valid for one or two nights Dec. 25, but only Christmas buffet dinner will be on offer and the spa will be closed. Voucher dining credits can be used towards the buffet. Spa credits can be used Dec. 26 subject to availability. To reduce their environmental footprint, rooms are not refreshed during stays. Additional room supplies are offered on request from the guest.

Very welcoming staff and comfortable room. The value was excellent, and we enjoyed the food in the dining room. It's not terribly close to any other restaurants/stores, which suited us fine, but a bit out of the way. The balconies were interesting.... you could definitely hear the falls!

Check in was smooth. Great staff, willing and helpful answering questions and concerns promptly. The food was delicious, had dinner and breakfast. It would be good for breakfast to be included instead of the credit they provide as a lot of inns and Bed and Breakfast places offer this. Rooms and decor are slightly outdated, but it provided the charm. Basic toiletries for the bathroom. The area surrounding the property was nice and there is a trail nearby to go on the Bruce trail hike. There are nearby towns within 20 to 30 minute drives to explore.

We liked the area surrounding the hotel, the attention from the staff and the impeccable cleanliness of the room.
We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the breakfast (good size, presentation and service).
The dinner was mediocre (the food and the service).
The trail was also a highlight.
Overall we had good experience.

This is a lovely property in a very picturesque location. Our meals were excellent and the staff were extremely friendly.

My only disappointment was that gratuity was automatically added to our dinner bill. As a table for just two, that seemed unnecessary. There were also just two breakfast options that were included in the package price and everything else was an upgrade. Perhaps a couple more choices would have been nice (even if they are on the lighter side).

The Inn needs a complete renovation. The restaurant was overpriced and the food and service were tepid for dinner. The service was very slow and there were only 4 tables to be served. There were also items that weren’t available on the limited menu but it took 20 minutes for the server to come back to tell us and to ask us if we wanted something else. When we decided on something else it took another 15-20 minutes for it to served. All in all a disappointing experience.

The staff went out of there way to accommodate us. We were lucky for both dinner and breakfast by having the best table. We were even reminded when we didn’t spend our full credit at dinner and ordered dessert. We did the 50 minute walk on the Bruce trail twice and found it perfect beside the rushing river. A great experience.

Fan in bathroom very noisy. Door handle to balcony needs repair, balcony wood deck has some lose slats, no tea offered in room. Seated for dinner 30 min after reservation time. Key for door not working very well to unlock door.

Shelly at the front desk was wonderful. We felt welcomed and taken care of from arrival to departure. The lobster and lambshank dinners were delicious, as was the eggs benedict breakfast. It's worth a visit just fior the food alone. The falls are an added bonus. Wonderful birthday getaway.

You should be aware that the breakfast included with the voucher is just yogurt and a scone. Although there is an $8 per meal discount on the bigger breakfasts.

I love this place — this is my third visit in less than one year. It’s a relaxing place, Beautiful view and comfortable rooms. The food is great and the staff are wonderful. Shelley especially: she’s always friendly, engaging and efficient. Meg was awesome this morning too. These ladies make the guests feel welcome and happy.

The Inn is a very nice place to relax. The staff, like Shelley at reception for instance, is a doll, very friendly, smiling and extremely helpful. Wish all concierges were like her. The small falls make a nice view, the food is very good and plentiful and the inn is nicely away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and malls. We’ve enjoyed it and continue to come back, once we discovered it.

Walters Falls is a gem! Set in a beautiful location rooms are spacious and clean! The staff are exceptional and very friendly. The restaurant food is extremely good. This is my fourth visit and we love it especially with the travel zoo deal!! Our only minor comment is that we believe they could use large and fluffier towels in the bathrooms but don’t let that hold you back ! This is an exceptional inn with great value
