Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable.
Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Seven days after cottage is reserved, the voucher is nonrefundable. Modifying or changing a confirmed booking must be made 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A $195 plus HST fee will be applied to each booking that is modified within ninety days of arrival. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional cancellation/change fees by the hotel. A $600 pre-authorized security deposit will be processed on your arrival date. The security deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage to the premises, or the common areas or common equipment, the premises are clean and left in the same condition as it was received and no policies have been violated. The balance of all deposits will be refunded within three weeks from the departure date.
Occupancy rules: Price based on up to six guests per cottage. Children ages 2 and under stay for free and are not included in the occupancy.
Additional hotel-specific charges: Tax and $29.95 resort fee per night is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. The resort fee covers Wi-Fi in cottages and public areas, beach and bath towels, access to BBQ, parking, cottage utilities, firewood and activities.
Other hotel policies: Pet-friendly cottages can be requested, based on availability, for an additional $95 per stay. (Must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol.) Guests must adhere to hotel rules and policies.
