Voucher cancellation & refund policy:Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Loved the hotel. Very accessible to main street or to quiet walking paths along the Niagara River, which we took advantage of. Amazing breakfast with freshly made fritattas and quiche!

Lovely setting in Niagara-on-the-Lake down by the marina. Rooms are very comfortable, most with fireplaces. Nice welcoming wine and cheese event on arrival. Lots of parking availability.

The HHH is beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed the wine and cheese reception with a wonderful, knowledgeable host who also provided shuttle service to our dinner location. Breakfast in the dining area was delicious with a wide variety of delicious breakfast/brunch items available, ample coffee/tea/juice and very accommodating staff. We enjoyed the sunshine and pleasant atmosphere. WE would highly recommend the Harbour House Hotel to anyone looking for a special experience.

We totally enjoyed our experience at this lovely boutique hotel with amazing friendly staff and a fireplace in our spacious & comfortable room. From the cookies upon arrival to the wine and cheese at 4 o'clock, we experienced attention to detail to make our stay wonderful. Even the continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. What a great idea to offer free shuttle service in the evenings when dining out.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent,however our dinner at HobNob was dreadful. For the first time in our lives, we sent our meals back. The next replacement pork chops weren't any better, very tough! We have eaten here many times and unfortunately this was our first bad experience.

Lovely stay in a room with fireplace, big jacuzzi tub, separate shower.
Wine reception 4-5pm was pleasant talking to other guests. We had a great dinner at Zees and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Nespresso coffee in room, car parking covered. Such a quiet ambiance, great staff. In all a super celebratory getaway!

The staff and venue were exceptional. The exterior appearance of the Hotel is a bit quaint and underwhelming. However, it makes up for its subtle facade by an exceptional atmosphere that is simple yet elegant. The reception area is warm and welcoming with a gas fireplace and comfortable period furnishing. The rooms are spacious and also boast functional fireplaces which create a wonderful ambience on a cold winter's day. One of the best experiences was the cheerful shuttle service which ferried us back and forth between dinner reservations at the Charles Hotel nearby, and its cheerful driver Alison. Rivaling this experience was the continental breakfast the following morning.
The selections were fresh and varied and always served by attentive staff.

We had great service. We took our dog and it was a good experience for all of us. Breakfast buffet had a great variety and the coffee was hot and fresh and plentiful. Wine tasting from 4-5pm was a nice way to relax and the staff were attentive. Great bed, great bath tub.

The location is good walking distasnce to main shopping street in Niagara-on-the -lake and by the side of the lake, view is good.
