Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. The Standard room came with a tub/shower combination which I hadn’t realized. Fortunately Megan was very helpful and let us change to a room with a great walk-in shower. The restaurant in the hotel, Johnny Rocco’s had very good food.

The continental breakfast was left in the fridge for us. I don’t really like a banana put into the container with the tiny muffin and croissant. Hopefully the other fruits (apple, clementine ) were washed. I would have liked the fruit separated from the baked goods and yogurt cup. The coffee/tea made with the Keurig was not drinkable even though we tried to make the tea twice as it tasted like coffee.

Stayed 3 nights, room was very comfortable and well appointed. Continental breakfast delivered daily to our room was made fresh at the restaurant. Had a massage at the hotel salon and spa, and enjoyed dinner at onsite Italian restaurant, the food was excellent.

We booked this because we saw it on TZ and were going to the St. Catherine's area. The hotel is an impressive old stone edifice. The room was comfortable and clean. The check-in process went smoothly and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. In the room there was a booklet providing all the information one needed to know about the hotel and local amenities. We recommend this hotel. J.M.
