Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account”. After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher.

Hotel Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Once you’ve booked your dates, you can still change your travel dates directly with the hotel. A cozy spot, off the beaten track, beside the Bruce trail. Staff was super friendly, extremely helpful and place was spotless. Food was delicious! Definitely would book again.

We were celebrating an anniversary. Room was exceptionally clean and overlooked the falls as described. Unfortunately we couldn’t hike as there was too much snow on the Bruce Trail and access was blocked. Bring cards, etc. especially in the wintertime. Lovely hot tub for guests. Food fantastic. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful location. Cozy inn with old-fashioned ambiance. Great food. Lovely to just walk down the hall for dinner! Overall, front desk staff and servers were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, our Sunday morning brunch and checkout experience were significantly lacking in the service area. Perhaps they were short-staffed that morning…omelets station was set-up but no cook at it. We waited a very long time for coffee and almost didn’t even get a refill, short of us flagging down the server after a few attempts. The line to check out was 5 couples deep for a half an hour. Because my husband and I had a reservation at a spa nearby, we needed to check out. The front desk staff accommodated us but said that she would call to review the charges before charging our credit card. What ended up happening was our credit card was charged without a call or an email receipt so I’ve had to call and settle it up. Overall, it was a lovely stay but ended poorly upon checkout.
