Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. The location of the facility is stunning. An oasis in the middle of Ontario. The Inn is attractive and clean in all common areas. The view was wonderful, overlooking the falls. We paid extra $30 to upgrade the room and I think we may have had more space, however, the room was clean but dated. The breakfast is inexpensive and extremely good. We enjoyed two lovely dinners as well which are reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the hot tub when it was hot! LOL, it was pretty chilly on our first use, but the heating was adjusted and was a nice addition to our stay. The facility would be stunning for a wedding or other function. We would return and very much recommend this getaway!

The cell service is sketchy at best or not existence at times. Email worked and interesting enough so did Whats app. Read the fineprint on the voucher. There were 2 breakfast options included, with an option to upgrade for $. The value regardless was reasonable. I would enjoy having an oatmeal option on the breakfast menu. We were surprised that we did not receive housekeeping service for a two night stay.

This is our 4th stay here and as before it has been fabulous. The rooms, staff and food are all excellent. The new overside hot tub is a newly added feature. The seasonal decorations and lights on the falls all make this a magical destination over Christmas.

Amazing staff, very friendly and attentive. Very easy to find off of Hwy 10. Right on Bruce Trail. Outdoor hot tub was not open yet but the space looks amazing. Travelzoo deal was great with bottle of Prosecco, dinner credit for $60; service was fantastic and food was delicious.

We stayed two nights. Warm and cozy feeling when you enter the building. It’s like staying in a fancy bed and breakfast. Meals exceeded expectations. Delicious and good portions. Not much around other than a beautiful hiking trail but that’s what we wanted. Short drive to Owen Sound, Meaford, Thornbury and Blue Mountain. Enjoyed beautiful new hot tub.

room service was limited to deliveries only. We had just stayed at a Holiday Inn Suites not that far away (Port Elgin) and they were still making up your room, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and replacing supplies. If you stay more than 1 night, you should be compensated for the lack of room care during Covid with this Inn. A little pricey for less than full services. Otherwise, very good.

This was my third trip to The Falls Inn and Spa. All the staff are friendly, the food is excellent and the accommodations fresh, clean and simple . The grounds are quiet - only the sound of the waterfall. We were able to sit on our balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. The location is perfect for day trips to Collingwood and surrounding area, although you can do a nice walk in the trees on the property. The perfect getaway to just relax! We will go back time and time again - our escape from everyday life!

It has been a wonderful experience. Yesterday my wife and I hiked about 7 km of the Bruce Trail and then we’re treated to a half bottle of Pelee Island Secco followed by a wonder dinner. The meal was inexpensive and beautifully presented surpassed only by its taste.

Upon checking out I had another previous Travelzoo voucher that I hadn’t been able to use due to Covid . I had been told by Travelzoo rep and the inn staff when I made the reservation that I could use the voucher amount as if it was a gift card ! It took a while but the inn keeper finally figured out how to deduct what we had spent from said voucher and I had about $70 left to be used at a later time . She printed out a copy and photocopied it for me ! However on our drive home , the same innkeeper called me on my cell and attempted to convince me that the second voucher was ´ kind of a gift card ´ but could only be used towards accommodations and not for meals etc and she tried to get me to pay for the extra expenses ! Further more we realized that I had been overcharged which is a moot point as she the innkeeper proceeded to tell me that the remaining balance on the voucher was now voided since we did not use it !!! So to add insult to injury I lost an extra $100 on top of having a lousy experience!!!

Lots of flies in the room upon arrival ! The menu was limited . We were seated on second night with a view of parking lot whilst 2 tables with view of falls sat empty apparently reserved for other guests !
The spa still has not reopened !
Upon reading the many bad reviews of the inn , it is clear that the owners would rather make excuses for the many shortcomings of the inn instead of taking steps to remedy the situation!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, food was delicious and rooms were clean and comfortable with an amazing view. Despite the rain, we had a terrific time hiking the trails behind the Inn. The location is beautiful. My daughter a I hiked the trail in the rain and thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast and dinner was am amazing. The spa pool looks amazing, unfortunately we were a week early, they plan to open it in a week.
