Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account”. After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher.

Hotel Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Once you’ve booked your dates, you can still change your travel dates directly with the hotel. The Falls Inn and Spa is a hidden gem. We've done the full gamut of Travel Zoo Niagara on the Lake offerings but this little Inn is a stand-out. The Inn is quiet, comfortable, and intimate. The on-site restaurant cooks-up a variety of fantastic meals at various price points. The breakfast offerings are excellent and amazing value. The location is ideal for days trips to Collingwood, Tobermory, and Sauble Beach.

Spent 1 night for our anniversary. Our room over looked the falls and valley. Had a beautiful sun set. The food for dinner on patio was excellent and again over looking the falls. Breakfast also excellent quality with great service for both meals. Had one of best desserts ever lemon bomb.
