How to Book: Purchase a voucher from Travelzoo, then check availability online by opening the calendar and selecting " view rate in calendar" (not available on mobile). Select your desired dates and the room type that matches your voucher. Provide the requested information to complete the booking. A credit card is needed to secure the reservation but will not be charged. A separate reservation will need to be made for each voucher purchased. Present voucher upon arrival. Cancellation and Other Hotel Policies: Until the voucher’s expiry date, Travelzoo will give you a full refund of your purchase if you can't find dates that suit you or if you change your mind about going. If you already booked your dates, simply cancel with the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival and contact Travelzoo for a refund. Rooms are very clean, the food & service are top notch, the front desk staff (Jane) is wonderful and Meg (owner) was fantastic as well. All covid rules are strictly enforced. All staff have masks, shields & safety glasses. We felt very comfortable. Love this place ... such a hidden gem ❤️❤️ We will be back for sure.

We went with our adult children and had a great time! We were pleasantly surprised that the rooms had a table with 4 chairs! That was so nice as it gave us space to visit and we were able to enjoy playing some card games. Rooms have fantastic views and we had dinner and breakfast in their on site restaurant; absolutely top notch food and service! It is a very quiet place in a beautiful setting - exactly what we were looking for! I can’t say enough about ALL the staff (especially Jane at front desk) who were all knowledgeable, friendly and truly made us feel welcome. I honestly have not experienced this level of hospitality in a VERY long time! Well done and thank you; we will be back!

I took my Sister for a little birthday getaway. The Falls Inn and Spa is delightful! The Staff is exceptional and the Food is Amazing, delicious and the presentation is wonderful. I'm going back November 21st!

We have stayed at Walters Falls Inn 3 times now. The setting is beautiful, food is delicous and it is great value for the money, especially with a Travel Zoo deal. Excellent base for hiking the Bruce trail !

Great everything. All rooms face the Falls which means great views and falling asleep to the sound of the falls. It is right on the Bruce Trail - 2 minutes and you're on the trail. Rooms are lovely and well-appointed, staff courteous and helpful, food very good, excellent covid precautions such as tables in dining room at least 10 feet apart. We'll be back.

Quaint hotel with nice view of the falls from the room and warm ambience. Comfortable mattress. Coming from the big city, we find the food (both breakfast and dinner) not up to mark despite the attractive presentations.

The website advertised separate shower and tub in the room but we did not have that. We were not impressed with the cheap 2-star hotel towels--small, thin and rough.

Enjoyed the proximity to Thornbury and Collingwood. Very pretty landscape around the inn. Could not hike behind the inn due to the weather but it looked very nice.

Great value with the Travelzoo voucher. The Food was excellent. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts - quality and amount were more than we expected. Great Chef. The room had a wonderful view of the Falls and it was perfect for a quiet getaway and central to many beautiful areas to visit.

Excellent value with coupon from Travelzoo. They made us feel very welcome , the area was beautiful and everyone was so accommodating . Dinner was superb and breakfast was lovely . The warm cheese scones were to die for .

My husband and I went for one night and it was wonderful! The only thing that would have been perfect is if the inn had allowed us to bring our son but they don't make allowances for extra people in the rooms. So when we go again we will have to book 2 rooms in order for him to be with us to share the experience which will be a bit pricey!

was great value - accommodation, dinner credit and breakfast! We had a lovely stay. Jane and Meg were really friendly and helpful. Our waitress was super efficient and professional. Highly recommended to anyone who want to get away from the city for a relaxing break! Almost forgot to mention - coffee was excellent and hot!

Towels were dirty and smelled, there was hair in the bathtub and the toilet seat was broken. There were also a lot of flies in the room. You could also not see the falls very well at all which is one of the reasons we chose the place. The food was also only okay.

Rooms were dated and could have used a good cleaning of the carpets and spider webs on ceiling, The food was not good and cold in the middle.
There was nothing and I mean nothing to do or see after looking at the falls in the first 10 mins.
