Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. Bubbles and beer package needs better partners. Exchange Brewery beer is unusual and not to our liking. Hummus was delicious. Chateua des Charmes was excellent. Lakeview is VERY tired outdoor facility marred by loud noise from fans in their plant.

Too many families with young children. Pool area was very messy and the pool wasn't as clean as one would expect. hairs everywhere inside the pool. It was almost like a waterpark. NOT AT ALL what we expected from the photos showing an idyllic couples retreat. Our waiter added a gratitude amount after I had already settled the bill including tip. I noticed that while checking out. It was deducted after with an apology from receptionist.

This was our third visit to the Queen’s Landing. The only disappointment was that at booking I was told our room would be with a river view but we ended up facing the parking lot. We didn’t ask to be moved as it was only a short overnight & it would not deter us from returning.

We enjoy this property as it is close enough to walk to Queen Street but far enough away from busy traffic. We enjoy the quality linens, the in room coffee & water and this time I believe the bathroom had been updated. Overall it was most enjoyable and we will return.

After purchasing the voucher there were still over $80 in taxes to pay at the time of redemption. We had given one of these vouchers as a gift, no realizing the amount they would need to pay at time of redemption.

We always enjoyed the location and it is very clean and staff are very friendly. Unfortunately this visit we were awakened by 7am with construction work outside our rooms as they had workers working on the windows. This was not a great end to our visit here. I feel they should have put guests on the other side of the hotel away from where these workers were working. I received a text message from the hotel at 9:48 am telling us that there was window maintenance scheduled outside our rooms and to keep blinds closed. We have already been awake since 7 am when they started the work. I felt like this was something that should have been told the day before and the hotel should have handled it better.

We love coming to Queen's landing on the travelzoo deal. What keeps us coming back is the fabulous hot tub, nice pool and lovely clean sauna and plenty of clean towels to use. Decent gym and great rowing machine

This trip the hot tub wasn't immediately available because one of the heaters had to be replaced. It was the morning of our arrival and the maintenance guys had fixed it and had put the necessary chemicals in but by check-in-time the temperature was still not hot enough and not available until evening. However, first thing next morning it was perfect. No worries since maintenance was done right away without causing too much inconvenience. 2 things we see has been cut out since our first trips here is that there is no coffee/ tea and cookies any more first thing in the mornings laid out on the antique table by the elevators in the basement. We miss that. Also, bread and butter is no longer being offered prior to making choice of meal and waiting for it. Small cuts but they're important to note they're missed.

We have spent a significant amount of time in NOTL and for some reason have not stayed at the Queen's Landing...Staff from when we called, to front desk to house staff were exceptional. Dinner was beautiful and the small touches make the difference and really appreciate it. Well done and will be back for sure. Thank you for making our visit and my wife's birthday perfect :)

We stayed for one night and because it was raining we stayed in the hotel as opposed to our original booking of the barracks which I believe would have been a nicer room .
