Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes non-refundable.

Our server Jenn in the Zees restaurant was properly trained and treated us well, however, knowing we were celebrating our anniversary, we were not offered a complimentary drink or anything special. It would have been a nice gesture on the part of the hotel or restaurant. We did enjoy our dinner

My husband and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and chose this hotel as we had heard good things. We normally go to Queens Landing or the Oban Inn but thought we'd change it up this time. Our welcome was underwhelming to say the least, the front desk clerk did not explain anything about the hotel and amenities (we found out very quickly there are no amenities with the exception of a restaurant), nothing special was provided ( ie welcome gift/ bottle of sparkling wine to acknowledge our anniversary). We have regularly stayed at Queens Landing and the staff there are always welcoming and accommodating and will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is pleasurable (sparkling wine on ice, fresh roses on your pillow at turn down, to name a few). We thought the Shaw Club was part of the Vintage Hotel group and if it is, it is sadly lacking in all areas. The Shaw Club has no ambiance and I would not waste my money going there again. You are spending a lot of money for a basic hotel room and nothing else. There is nothing special about this hotel.

Our room was nice but the toilet would run every hour on the hour no matter what we did. The room was so hot. We had the air conditioning full blast but still warm. Made it hard to sleep. We had dinner in Zees and it was like being in sauna!!! It was so hot! They had the fireplace on and after a half hour they finally shut it off. There was a group of 8 people in there that was so loud it ruined the ambience. We ate as fast as we could to get out of there.

Very nice hotel. Meal was excellent. Server was amazing. The young hostess was disinterested and should learn how to greet guests. Front desk ( night staff) was very nice. Shuttle service took a while so we called an Uber. Over all a really nice experience. The hotel isn’t as fancy as Queens Landing or Pillar and Post, but it’s quiet and elegant.

It was great. O r thing, our king bed wasn’t made , covers just pulled up. Patrons in Zees restaurant were very rude and extremely noisy. No regard for others.
