Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. The rooms were clean and refurbished and fairly comfortable. The Inn on Twenty front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the Inn on Twenty and it was excellent.

The Tavern - staff were not very friendly. It was an extremely hot day and they refused to open the umbrellas at the table. We have a service dog and they refused to let him into the restaurant but were happy to sit outside. However, as mentioned they refused to open the umbrellas.

close by to browse in. The restaurant food was good and the staff were efficient. Parking was free.

We were in the area for wine tasting - unlimited number of wineries to visit. Some nice shopping nearby but not always open at the best times. The JH tavern is always good and one of the only pubs in the area. The rooms are nice - smaller and only a queen bed but basic amenities in the room; fridge, Keurig. Very clean. You have to check in at the sister property - Inn on the Twenty - down the street which is a little unusual. Keys instead of cards - a little awkward. Parking is convenient and free across the road from the Inn.

We have stayed at the Jordon House 4 years in a row now. We golf at Rockway Glen one day and visit some wineries the next day. The good at Jordan is pub food but we agree it is always fresh and delicious.

We went to Jordan to experience some of the smaller wineries. We chose Jodan House because of it's central location. The rooms are simple but plenty spacious for 2 people. The hotel is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. All the amenities are thought of and included...corkscrew, wine glasses, coffee maker etc. There is even real cream in the fridge for your coffee. The nightly rate is excellent. The Tavern is in the building and has a spacious patio. Meals are very good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Jordan House was central to anything you want to do. Wine tours, Bruce Trail, Niagara on the Lake or Niagara Falls. Sweet historical place. The Inn on 20 down the street is very good fine dining or the pub attached to the Inn has everything you need. Both had very good service.

The location of The Jordan House Tavern is perfect for exploring the lovely Jordan/Vineland area. The room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. There are lots of thoughtful touches - very nice shampoo, etc., a coffee maker, refrigerator, fluffy robes... Check-in is at the nearby Inn on the Twenty and the staff there was very accommodating and friendly. Food and service in the tavern is very good. I would highly recommend the Jordan House Tavern! I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The beautiful hotel room was a nice surprise. It was large and they had thought of everything. Check in was easy. We were assigned a room on the first floor but asked if we could be switched to the second floor. The gentleman at the front desk questioned us twice whether we would be able to navigate the stairs. We may be senior's but we are also Bruce Trail members and were in the area to check out the trails. Never judge people of a certain age.

Our voucher included $25.00 towards food in the pub. It is a very nice pub with a good selection of craft beers. Our server was very pleasant. The food was very disappointing. The Jordan burger was burnt and dry. My husband's meal was also not great. After being so excited about the beautiful room, the food in the pub was a let down.

This was our first time in the area and it was the perfect spot to stay. The Hotel was cozy, clean and just lovely overall - Unassuming but steeped in rich history.

Was listed with inn on the twenty, same pictures but totally not the same ! Made it seem like this was a annex building to the inn on the twenty, we have stayed in places like this in Europe where they have rooms not in the main building that are less expensive but still same ambience not the case this was a very low quality experience would never recommend or stay again

It was great to get away for a change to a lovely quiet place in Jordan. Good places to shop for unique items and shops. Found a good cheese and wine store.

We had lunch on the patio at Inn on Twenty and then later on dinner at the Jordan House Tavern.
Food and serviced were excellent and in all cases the staff was very friendly and efficient.

The accomodation was clean and comfortable and it was very convenient to just walk over from our room to Tavern for dinner.

I understand that we are now very slowly coming out of the restrictions of the pandemic and gradually returning to the full use of these facilities, however when it is feasible, this historic building (along with the signage) could really use a makeover......it looks a bit worn-down from the outside!

Our stay was good. Tavern service was great however the food itself was not very good. Fish and chips were swimming in oil. Fingers were tasteless. Beef dip, beef was tough. If they oil had been freshly changed and the fryer was at a higher temperature I believe it would have been better.

The Jordan House was a perfect location for visiting the wineries along the escarpment. The room was well appointed and had a mini fridge. The food at the tavern was very good especially the buffalo cauliflower. We also had some fun playing a couple of games of pool.

We didn't get the vouchers for our meal. when i asked they didn't give us any assistance, asked me to pay the bill and then take it up with the Inn. I was leaving before 8am and wasn't able to.
