Loved the room. The robe, glassware, corkscrew and paper towels for sure. The bed was a little too soft for me but my partner slept fine!

We went to Jordan to experience some of the smaller wineries. We chose Jodan House because of it's central location. The rooms are simple but plenty spacious for 2 people. The hotel is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. All the amenities are thought of and included...corkscrew, wine glasses, coffee maker etc. There is even real cream in the fridge for your coffee. The nightly rate is excellent. The Tavern is in the building and has a spacious patio. Meals are very good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Jordan House was central to anything you want to do. Wine tours, Bruce Trail, Niagara on the Lake or Niagara Falls. Sweet historical place. The Inn on 20 down the street is very good fine dining or the pub attached to the Inn has everything you need. Both had very good service.

Very nicely located in a beautiful part of Ontario. We used the Inn as a launching point for a variety of activities. The attached tavern served an excellent meal.

We have stayed at the Jordon House 4 years in a row now. We golf at Rockway Glen one day and visit some wineries the next day. The good at Jordan is pub food but we agree it is always fresh and delicious.

The location of The Jordan House Tavern is perfect for exploring the lovely Jordan/Vineland area. The room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. There are lots of thoughtful touches - very nice shampoo, etc., a coffee maker, refrigerator, fluffy robes... Check-in is at the nearby Inn on the Twenty and the staff there was very accommodating and friendly. Food and service in the tavern is very good. I would highly recommend the Jordan House Tavern! I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The Jordan House was a perfect location for visiting the wineries along the escarpment. The room was well appointed and had a mini fridge. The food at the tavern was very good especially the buffalo cauliflower. We also had some fun playing a couple of games of pool.

The beautiful hotel room was a nice surprise. It was large and they had thought of everything. Check in was easy. We were assigned a room on the first floor but asked if we could be switched to the second floor. The gentleman at the front desk questioned us twice whether we would be able to navigate the stairs. We may be senior's but we are also Bruce Trail members and were in the area to check out the trails. Never judge people of a certain age.

Our voucher included $25.00 towards food in the pub. It is a very nice pub with a good selection of craft beers. Our server was very pleasant. The food was very disappointing. The Jordan burger was burnt and dry. My husband's meal was also not great. After being so excited about the beautiful room, the food in the pub was a let down.

Was listed with inn on the twenty, same pictures but totally not the same ! Made it seem like this was a annex building to the inn on the twenty, we have stayed in places like this in Europe where they have rooms not in the main building that are less expensive but still same ambience not the case this was a very low quality experience would never recommend or stay again

Excellent value for money. There was no housekeeping services due to COVID but a concierge was available who contacted us immediately after check-in. Despite texting requests to replenish room supplies, it was hit-or-miss what actually arrived. would be more efficient to supply a paper tick-list of supplies to prevent misunderstandings. The room itself was clean upon arrival but the hallways on the ground floor did not appear to have been vacuumed for some time, judging by how dirty they were! We had dinner at Jordan House on the Monday evening & then had lunch there on the Wednesday. Unfortunately it was the same menu as before which was disappointing & our server was not very welcoming.

The tavern is situated in a pretty little village with interesting shops to browse in & we also visited the local museum. Ideally situated for the nearby Outlet Mall, multiple wineries & artisanal food shops as well as fruit stands. it was fun to explore our own province & we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We had lunch on the patio at Inn on Twenty and then later on dinner at the Jordan House Tavern.
Food and serviced were excellent and in all cases the staff was very friendly and efficient.

The accomodation was clean and comfortable and it was very convenient to just walk over from our room to Tavern for dinner.

I understand that we are now very slowly coming out of the restrictions of the pandemic and gradually returning to the full use of these facilities, however when it is feasible, this historic building (along with the signage) could really use a makeover......it looks a bit worn-down from the outside!

Our stay was good. Tavern service was great however the food itself was not very good. Fish and chips were swimming in oil. Fingers were tasteless. Beef dip, beef was tough. If they oil had been freshly changed and the fryer was at a higher temperature I believe it would have been better.

We didn't get the vouchers for our meal. when i asked they didn't give us any assistance, asked me to pay the bill and then take it up with the Inn. I was leaving before 8am and wasn't able to.
