Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. Was a great hotel. Well kept and a nice balance of history and modern amenities. It's on Whyte so it's obviously a little noisy on the weekend but I thought the hotel did what they could to mitigate that as much as they could.

We loved the hotel and the package TravelZoo offered. On Saturday night it was very loud from Street noise so we would not book a trip on the weekend.

This was a great getaway for us. The hotel is very comfortable and perfectly placed in the heart of Whyte Ave. The balcony on our suite was surprisingly large, as it accessed a larger balcony area as well. Complimentary hot breakfast and free valet parking were also great perks. Highly recommend!

The staff tried their best to correct it, but the valet was incredibly delayed and no one could get their vehicle in less than an hour. I heard numerous complaints while waiting in the lobby. We had to leave for Easter with our family, so we opted to pick up our vehicle ourself. My husband spent about 45 minutes wandering through parking lots because no one knew where the vehicle was and they kept sending him to the wrong locations. It was eventually found, but the delay really wasn’t ideal. Especially during the Easter long weekend plus we were travelling with an animal. The staff was as helpful as they could be, and they really did try. But overall, I wouldn’t say we would return.
