We were the only people in the restaurant, which was kinda cool. Max the waiter was fantastic, we had our own personal waiter!!

Name of hotel changed. We were only customers in dining room at 7 pm on Saturday night! Service very helpful and friendly. Some of food very good, but not all. Glad we tried this, but won’t return r recommend.

The service was outstanding. We had prawns for an appetizer and they were amazing. My husband had Arribiata and I had Lasagna, I wasn't that keen on my meal but my husband loved his. The Tiramisu was delicious.

Place had a nice vibe.

The Pistachio Cheesecake was delicious. Much lighter than I expected. The calamari was tender. Expected a bit more though.

The server went above and beyond and created an exceptional experience for my three girlfriends and I. He opened the restaurant up for us on a day when they were closed to allow us to enjoy the food and ambience as I was travelling in the area.

Amazing and delicious food we ordered the Ravioli, fettuccine, gnocchi with mushrooms and chicken parmigiana. My favourites were the gnocchi and fettuccine- my peers really loved the chicken parm.

The food was decent

The food was very slow to come out. Our total time eating was 2 hours and took half an hour to get our appetizer and another half an hour for our main course. This was my second time eating here and just like the first, the food took too long to come out. Other reviewers mentioned the same issue so unfortunately I don't think this business will last if they can't keep up the demand. And while being there the entire 2 hours, there were 17 customers total who came and went. But at any given time, there was probably about 7 or 8 people in the entire restaurant.

not many people at this restaurant so was relaxing and quiet lol Server's name was Maks and did an excellent job. Very friendly and took excellent care of myself and friend. I have another voucher to use before the end of the month and most definitely will be returning in a few weeks.

Inundated by people from a planned conference in the dining area. The excessive noise from the group plus the speaker system made the experience frustrating. Also the menu item “gelato “ was actually sorbet which was served in a paper dixie cup with a wooden spoon, not really appropriate for a dining experience. The dining experience was more like a coffee shop than a dining room.

The server was good, little slow on the service, but good. Food was tasty, and the restaurant was clean. The décor was ok with a odd mix of cafeteria and upscale feel however located in a lower end hotel with sketchy individuals smoking at front door as you enter. I was ok with paying for anything not included in the voucher, as expected, and I didnt even mind the added surcharge/tip, however they state its 18% however we calculated it was closer to 30%! They added the total cost of meal if you had paid full amount, then add the additional fees you pay to that then do 18%! So we ordered a total of $63 for dinner, of that only 23 wasnt covered by the 45 voucher, and they charged 15.48 for tip. That is like charging me tip twice on the same items! I do not think this is above board. I had planned to tip over and above, but when I saw this, it felt shifty, so I did not add. Overall I paid 45 for voucher and another 43 at restaurant with this tip, That 88.00 for the meal, which honestly I have had better for that amount WAY closer to home. Wouldn't go all that way again and probably wouldn't recommend just based on the underhanded tip thing. Food was not bad location poor.

The food was great. There was one persona taking care of the entire restaurant, but he did a great job!

We waited over an hour for our meal. We got dessert to go because we had waited so long. By the time we ate and finally were able to pay, we had been there for over two and a half hours. Just water, appetizer and two meals.

Max was an amazing waiter. Really made our experience fantastic. Food was terrific!

Very limited menu and I think our fault, they had no pizza on Wednesday.

Server was excellent but we were the only couple in the restaurant and given the size of the menu I can see why.

This is a very nice restaurant. The food was very good. Our only concern would be that the restaurant is basically baren of any real decor. We have eaten in restaurants that make you feel you are actually in Italy.

we were the only ones in the restaurant. the waiter was prompt, friendly, helful and efficient. the food came with a reasonable period of time and it was excellent.

The caesar salad was good.

The service was horribly slow and needed prodding although it was not very busy. Food was just OK. It was noisy even with small number of patrons. Also I did not see where pizza was not available on Wednesday.

Food was not tasty. Not enough staff to serve customers. There was only one person serving 25+ customers. Food took a long time to come out.

I had to pay extra for my option ($2.00) and the tip already was on the bill. So I paid $ 11.50, which in total was pretty much the same. Voucher $30.00 + 11.50 = 41.50. Not happy with Travelzoo and the restaurant. They didn’t have many options and I had to travel a lot within the city to get there.

Very pleasant, attentive server. We enjoyed our ample and tasty servings of lasagna and fettuccine. Loved the bruschetta! The tiramisu and coffee were a nice finish to the evening.

Was overcharged for dessert. Meal took over 90 minutes and applied the automatic 18% gratuity without hesitating.
