It was a bit of an in and out experience... here’s your wine, here’s your tea, here’s your massage, but the massage was good and the treatment room was clean and cozy. The receptionist was very busy and the waiting room, while clean and nicely furnished, wasn’t spa-like. No questions were asked about if I had any areas that needed more or less attention or what kind of pressure, but I enjoyed the massage.

I specifically confirmed with the staff member doing my treatment that it was a full body head to toe massage. She said yes. I specifically pointed at my head. She didn’t do my head. When I asked about it, she said that has to be done before the feet. The treatment was then over. I don’t understand. I already asked or requested it. Shouldn’t she have built in time for the head massage and in proper sequence? Otherwise, treatment was good.
