About the Destination
The boat transfer takes one hour and departs Lund at 3 p.m. on the check-in date. Check-out time is 10 a.m. and the boat arrives back in Lund between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. on the check-out date. For travellers flying into Powell River Airport, an optional land shuttle is available between the airport and the boat (flights not included).

A mandatory service fee of $245–$300 per person (dependent on duration of stay) is included in the prices listed above, but it will be paid directly to the resort. The fee covers the use of resort amenities: great room lounge, Wi-Fi, satellite phone, large deck, dock area for ocean swimming, woodfire sauna, evening campfires, kayaks, paddle boards, walking & hiking trails, tour of clean energy hydro system and covered boat transfer.
Hotel tax of $15–$80 (dependent on occupancy level) and an optional Indigenous Tourism Destination Fund fee of $10 is not included and is payable directly to the resort. Fees are subject to GST.

Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.
Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 45 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
Occupancy rules: Vouchers are per person. Price based on four guests in a quad room, three in a triple, two in a double and one in a single. Children 2 and under stay free of charge.

Complimentary shuttle from Powell River Airport to boat departure is available upon request (flights not included). Parking in Lund is available for $12 per day, payable on-site.
