The hotel is very dated, was in the West Tower , rugs are stained and the rooms were not very clean- dusty. We were there for two days - no housekeeping.
Would never consider this a 4 star hotel. Poor communication with some of the staff, signage in the hotel could be a lot better.

We were 4 women looking for a little get-away. Harrison was perfect. We were able to find a quiet place to play bridge and even were able to have a card table delivered to our room

Absolutely wonderful! The staff were welcoming and completely accommodating. Our Health Spa experience was superb. The weather was perfect, as was the scenery and grounds. We loved it!
