Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. It is a very old motel with quite unfinished updates. Kitchen cupboards are falling apart. Cleanliness of the motel is very questionable, bathroom mirror and shower door were not wiped down with soap stains on. Window were probably clean 5 years ago. Both beds were very soft due to over use. The kitchenette amenities are very limited, there were no cutting board, kitchen knives and limited utensils.

What more could you ask for. You look out over the lawn (where the kids can play) and onto the sandy beach. Best view ever. Diamond in downtown Parksville. Staff are amazing. Will be back again.

Had no idea what to expect,we were all very pleasantly surprised!Perfect spot,soo much space,well equipped home.Sure hope this kind of pricing will be offered again!

House showing some wear and tare,why are the lights that don't reach any outlets?Also,should include mattress pillow toppers as both sofa beds have very poor mattresses only suitable for young children or perhaps on floor?Otherwise absolutely perfect and would definitely stay again

The beach house is amazing! Yes it’s an older house, but the view and the space is incredible. A few squeaking floors is a small price to pay for such a beautiful location.
