Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable.

Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy or if you fail to arrive for your stay, you may be subject to additional cancellation/change fees by the hotel. Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Maximum occupancy is two people in a Deluxe King or Superior King and four people in a Queen Sofa and Two Queen room.

Staff being deceptive. On day one a notice was published that pool and hot tub would be closed in the morning due to maintenance on pool deck I could live with that. I did go out to during g the closed period to see if the opening round be delayed. I saw no evidence of repairs or staff in area. The next morning I saw another similar posting notice of closure for same reason, and again on check out day. Would it not havd been more honest to post once and cover all three days in one poster Then yesterday I get an email from the financial department requesting g my 4 digit voucher code. As I thought that was an odd request after nearly 2 months had passed by. I replied that I gave voucher to the male desk staff and to call me. A hour later I get a second email saying there was a mix up and all is good now.

Yes the hot tub and swimming pool was awesome! The location was fantastic! Underground parking was ample! Our only beef was for the room given to us!!

The room we were given was very small. There was no night table on one side of bed which was very inconvenience for one of us. Also the bathroom vanity was tiny! We did not have a microwave or a toaster for our snacks/meals. The tiny fridge in the room was manageable! We have stayed in different hotels in Whistler and have always had a small kitchen area which is very useful!
