Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Well located place. The unit was clean, towels soft and comfortable mattress. It's old though, could use a change of carpet. We were on the main floor, lots of noise at odd hours of the night upstairs. Not well insulated.

The room we had could use a towel rack by the sink, also a proper soap dish. The one in the room had slats but no bottom dish so that the wet bar of soap drained onto the counter and made a mess. Other than those 2 small things, the room was great, the front desk was always friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It was great. Easy to book. Location was great too. Rooms have a great view of the marina. Fireplace in our room was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The walls are very thin. With a bunch of loft places in a row, the noise is loud. You can hear, very clearly, your neighbours going up and down the stairs. Plus no land line phones in the rooms. If you wanted to contact the front desk, you couldn’t just pick up a phone. You had to use your own cell phone.

Front staff and cleaning staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean, maybe a little tired but practical for our family of 5. We could hear the occupants in the next unit running up and down the stairs in the evening. It wouldn't deter us from staying again. We could hear the sea lions which was super cool for the kids.

Such a peaceful and relaxing trip! It was our first time in Ucluelet but definitely not the last! We will for sure go back and stay here again. The service was great, the area was so nice, close to the national park and to beaches! Loved the rooms and how cozy they were. The fireplace was a nice touch too. Great views. Overall loved it.

It was an absolute retreat at Canadian Princess Lodge & Marina. Easy reservation on-line and over the phone. Easy check-in. An amazing 2-storey upper room all done-up in cedar and extremely clean! The beds were firm and comfortable, linen new and crisp, and we all slept over 10 hours, just all perfect!

Free parking, check-in is in a separate building right beside the main entrance, plenty of ramps to get around. And the restaurant "Howlers" across the street is worth the 2-minute walk for great food.

We enjoyed a relaxing two night stay. It’s off season so it was very quiet and they gave us a room upgrade to an end room so it was very peaceful. The fireplace with a slow burn log for each night was a nice value added feature and we found the reception staff lovely and helpful.

It’s an older facility but kept neat and clean and very convenient to get to trails and beaches.

A little getaway for my husbands birthday. The staff went out of their way to make it special. Could walk everywhere from here for restaurants. The rooms are a bit old and worn and it was great value for where we were. Thanks for the great stay!
