Hop-on Hop-off tour went to interesting places, but the recorded commentary was corny and dated. The driver going through Stanley Park did not add any additional comments, but the driving was extremely difficult - construction and heavy traffic made for some harrowing corners! I understand why he couldn’t talk and drive. Later in the day, our driver Meenu did excellent additional commentary and driving through afternoon rush hour!
Other Comments
it would be so much better to have 1/2 hour frequency on the winter route. Some things don’t need a full hour to visit and some things took just over an hour.

It was really interesting to hear & see Vancouver’s history. The hosts were very professional & did an excellent job telling creepy stories. Went on one several years ago that took us through the Vancouver Police Museum that was spooky (especially the morgue. Good job. See you next year!

It wasn't easy to confirm our reservation. We sent an email the evening before but didn't get an answer. I personally feel that a customer should be able to book the days desired ahead of time so that the voucher, when printed, is ready to hand to the driver.
Other Comments
The drivers were excellent, however.

We had a great narrator, which makes all the differrace in the quality of an event like this. Trolley is a rough ride. It should be noted it isn't for those with bad hips or lower back pain. I enjoyed it more that my spouse.
Other Comments
It would be really neat if there was some written material about the ghost stories as a take away. I'd love to look up some stuff that was spoken about, but there is so much that it gets muddled in your head. A good marketing item to boost sales would be selling the cat they talked about haunting a hotel. Apparently there is a book!
