Great stay & staff! Super comfortable bed & spacious suite. Love that windows open, and we had a balcony! Chair & couch could be cleaned/replaced. Older building so hallway carpets smell a bit musty. Central downtown location but street people & addicts in the area so be aware…especially walking along Granville Street. We would stay here again, however.

The staff were really nice and the restaurant food was good!
Other Comments
I didnt have maid service once during my three night stay. There needs to be better communication between the front desk and housekeeping staff. The area outside had lots of homeless people and drug users actively using. It was a hassle extending my stay two additional nights (Friday March 29-Sunday March 31, 2024 (Check out Monday April 1st). I kept having to go to the front desk to give my credit card, renew my booking , and hotel keys didnt work.
