Voucher can be redeemed immediately. Appointments required; subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure a spa reservation. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Taxes and 18% auto-gratuity are not included, payable onsite. Spa treatments are available for guests ages 16 and over.

Good experience but on the website, it looks like the spa has a pool and it does not.service is good but train above is quite noisy.

We spent about four hours at Stillwater - one for the massage and three enjoying the sauna, lounge and other facilities. The massage itself was terrific and we got RMT receipts. We knew from the Travelzoo page that we would also have to pay gratuity and tax on-site. It still felt like a good deal given the amount of time we spent enjoying the beautiful spa.
