Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
Cancellation Policy: All bookings are final once confirmed; subject to severe weather rescheduling and minimum participation. Any changes to individual ticketed sails prior to seven days before sail are at the sole discretion of Gone Sailing Adventures and if accepted will incur a change fee of $20 per person (plus tax). No changes will be accepted within seven days of sailing.
Booking note: A mandatory 12% service fee is included in the price listed above; it will be paid directly to Gone Sailing Adventures. Taxes of 13% are not included in the price listed above and will be paid directly as well.
