Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. We upgraded our room to have access to the courtyard while the kids slept (be sure to ask specifically if your room allows for that). Worked out perfectly. Centrally located between the new area and Clifton Hills.

This is my second visit this summer for birthday weekend celebrations. The Main Mill rooms are luxury all the way and the service is amazing for that personal boutique hotel experience in Niagara. Great setting for bachelorette parties.

The staff and hotel manager were very hospitable to ensure our stay was most enjoyable. Indoor dining in their historic Flour Mill with plush seats and decor together with amazing food and service made it even better!

We had booked - and paid extra for - an interior courtyard view. I feel that because we were using the Travelzoo deal, we were put into a very inferior location. Our view was blocked by buildings, and the surrounding rooms had people with dogs that barked. Was disappointed in our room assignment. Other than that, enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to both casinos.

The hotel is not wheelchair accessible at all. I did call the hotel the week before and was told that there access to get to the rooms. Upon arriving, I saw a few stairs leading up to the rooms. Being in electric scooter, I had to go to the back of the building to enter. Assistance from management staff was required as there was no curb cut. The management was very accommodating

Even though this hotel is not wheelchair accessible, management staff tried their best to be accommodating. For people using mobility aids such as wheelchairs or motorized scooters, I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall the bathroom was dirty, dusty, tub and toilet not clean, light bulb burned out and makeup mirror didn't work. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Ice bucket was dirty. No mirror in main room. Received a box breakfast that you had to get from reception. Received 2 plastic glasses that weren't wrapped. No mini fridge you had to rent one for $25/day. And finally they locked us out of the room prior to checking out which involved a few visits to the reception to get back into the room. They did reimburse us $25 for the parking.

Very nice and quiet except restaurant only open for breakfast and bar not open atoll . Covid 19 means things missing from room that would help your stay and since it was very quiet and no bar there wasn’t anything to do after supper at the hotel .

Maybe a little more signage telling people about things missing from room and what is at the hotel and maybe a sign saying the bar is closed and restaurant is only open for breakfast on Monday and Tuesday

They have taken great care with the decor in the main areas and restaurant, most of the staff provided excellent service, the beds are very comfortable. I can see they are making an effort to make improvements and updates but the additional fees for parking and things that should be included the nightly rate (in the amount of $40 per night) put the price in a range that compared to many other properties in the area make it not worth it. Were it not for the additional fees, I would stay again and the on-site restaurant is excellent.

The hotel smelled musty. TV was very poor quality. Front desk staff didn’t know there a built in USB charger in the room. I forgot my plug in charger (had the cord) and asked if I could borrow a USB charger - they didn’t have one but staff didn’t tell me there was a USB charger built into the room. Found it just as we checked out. To be fair we went during Covid so the full charm of the place could not be appreciated.

Staff also didn’t tell us there were no glasses in the room. Had to come back to get plastic ones (Covid). Also the TZ voucher said a free bottle of wine. Front desk staff insisted the deal was only for white wine - we don’t drink white. A supervisor came out and said no problem to get a bottle of red instead. The front desk staff mumbled that the red is more expensive than the white and not part of the deal. Not a great way to start and then we had to come back for wine glasses The breakfast was very good. The scones were amazing and the hard boiled eggs and oranges were great. Wouldn’t come back but for the price it was okay. Parking and resort fees were expensive though

Overall a very enjoyable stay. TV was analog and fuzzy even after a cable was replaced by maintenance. Beds were very comfortable. Carpets a bit dirty. Nice pool. Hotel could use some freshening up. Excellent service from staff.

Staff were friendly enough. But no in room refrigerators, ice holder, or glasses for that matter. I felt that for the money ($99), there are currently better hotels in the Niagara area to visit. Room was clean but felt a bit dated. As such, didn't really feel like a "boutique" hotel.

This was our first hotel stay since Covid and we were very comfortable with the safety procedures in place. The room was very clean, hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout, all staff were masked and aware of distancing. The nice continental breakfast was boxed, to have in your room or the courtyard. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating!
