It was very enjoyable because we were able to take our time on. Wednesday afternoon going from room to room and read or listen to the various presentations available. It was well put together and gives you a thorough education about Times Square and New York City. We absolutely loved the multi sensory ride!

Nice experience with learning and photo taking opportunities. Neat museum area. Great simulated ride. Flexible time frame admission is a plus! Only “complaint” was there was no difference b/w general admission vs VIP admission and didn’t use 20% off gift shop discount due to limited store choices. Overall, enjoyed the attraction.

I purchased flexible VIP ticket which allowed entry without a predetermined date and time and skip the line. When I arrived on 3/18 at about 2pm. I was told to come back as there were no slots open until 4pm. Then I was told 3:30 would be ok. When we arrived at about 3:15, my voucher was scanned and we just walked in. No questions asked. I payed for for a flexible ticket and, from what I understood, no waiting. We had to walk around Manhattan with nothing planned for 1 1/2 hours, from what appeared to me, no valid reason. Disappointed in the handling of my tickets.

I approach the front line staff to ask about the VIP pass- which stated no time entry- so you could go in anytime and then VIP selection of seats which only happens once! The front line made me wait in line and after 30 minutes and I showed my Travelzoo voucher- instructed me that I had to go inside and be assigned a time. WHAT? But I played along and they instructed me that I could be put in the next show in 30 minutes . Took my cell phone number and sent me a link with the tickets. Once I got a text come up to the window and they will give be my VIP tickets. Stood to the side in the Lobby and as people were letting in for the next show- went back up to ticket sale window- to state I getting get a text or call! She stated - of no- you need to go back in the line and wait to be proceeded. WHAT? I stated that I had already been there 45 minutes ....sorry...get back in line- it will move quickly. Sadly oit took us from 1:45 to 3:15 to get to see this show. Totally not worth the frustration and very poor communication skills. I felt like we were being punished for having a Travelzoo Voucher!

I bought VIP tickets but it was not honored as VIP because they told me Travelzoo is third party vendor and they only accept VIP if bought directly from merchant. It was the first time I experienced this problem with Travelzoo tickets. We were waiting in lines for extended period of time, one person in our group of 6 was person with disability who was using cane and it was especially hard for him. Supervisor Lily was nasty.

We were there when it opened so we didn't have to wait. Very enjoyable for a New Yorker or an American-probably less enjoyable for an International visitor because museum was geared strictly for NYC history.

Unexpected surprises involving fashion, architecture, music, Broadway shows, art, flight, and the rich history of New York. The ride at the end makes it all worth it. I would definitely go back.

Arrived and had to wait 45 minutes until the next available time. At assigned time we entered and were sent straight to the beginning of the exhibit for the tour. Estimated time for the exhibit of 45 minutes-1.5 hours was accurate.
