Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Children 17 and under stay free of charge. Additional guests ages 18 and up can stay for a fee of $75 plus tax, per person, per night. Maximum occupancy is four guests sharing a King Suite and six guests sharing a Two Queen Suite.

Stayed here while in town for a U of Hawaii volleyball game. It was a great experience as we upgraded to a 2 bedroom so space for 4 adults. Location & breakfast were perfect.

We upgraded to a premium corner suite with ocean views on 2 sides. BEAUTIFUL room, wonderful balconies. Breakfast was excellent as well. However, the live music by the pool in the evenings was obnoxiously loud and even staying in the room with the glass doors closed, we had to have the TV really loud to hear it over the obnoxious music. If we were outside we couldn't hear each other unless we yelled and leaned in close to each other.

Came here for four days before island hopping back to our timeshare for the remainder of our trip. The staff was very helpful dealing with our inexperience using a travel zoo voucher and even upgraded us to a nicer unit. Very nice resort with everything within walking distance. My compliments to everybody involved with this fine resort. Five stars.

Was disappointed that there was additional rate of 40$/day for internet, towel usage and exercise equipment that should be included. We only used towels once and no exercise equipment at all. Internet and pool towels should be free!

Staff was welcoming. Housekeeping responded quickly and pleasantly to my call for my need to have popcorn I dropped cleaned up. Technical support responded quickly to problem with television. Breakfast was delicious. Evening receptions were pleasant. Valet parking was kind enough to let us park just long enough to run to our room to pick up or deliver items. Bed was comfortable.

I was charged an additional $75 per person . the fine print states the room can accommodate up to 4 people which I had in my party. The details were not clear that it would only accommodate 2 people without an additional charge . I thought that was very misleading and hopefully I could get reimbursed for the extra $75 x4, that is outrageous. It’s not really a deal after paying the additional. Plus $50 for parking daily but it is what it is.

As a Hilton Premier member, we were presented with special gifts to make our stay enjoyable; i.e., a tote bag to carry beach towels to the beach or pool, chocolate covered macadamia candy, package of popcorn to enjoy in room, to go water bottles, drink tickets/per person to attend the nightly reception at the Grand Lanai pool area that had an entertainment. Wonderful full breakfast with so many items, it was hard to choose what to eat! Every staff member was friendly, helpful and professional. We will definitely be back next time we travel to Oahu!

The hotel shut off the water on an entire side of the hotel and we did not have any water for an entire day. They did not offer any compensation or offer to move us to another room in the other tower; all we got was a note under the door. The following day, the water was back on but there was no hot water. We couldn’t shower or anything. It was a mess. The suite was comfortable but the no water issue was a big problem. I travel a lot for work, more than 150 nights per year away from and I’m a Hilton Gold and a Marriott Platinum and I can tell you that Marriott would have never done that without calling each room and speaking to the guests personally and they would have offered some type of compensation for the inconvenience of not have water to wash, shower, brush out teeth or flush the toilets… this mad her experience and stay in pleasurable.

Staff was very friendly. The bellmen provided a limo ride on two occasions and always had a cab available almost immediately. The room was also very nice.

Breakfast was below average, very crowded and hundreds of birds both inside and outside.They were walking on tables and flying past your face. Kids were feeding them. We didn't have that issue anywhere else in Oahu. The nightly reception was a cattle lineup and not worth waiting in line for 45 minutes for low quality drinks. Kids filled the pool and hot tub making it impossible to enjoy with no enforcement of the rules. The cabanas at the pool were empty because they rented for $300 per day, more than the rooms. We asked for an extra blanket one night and had to call 3 times and wait almost an hour. The body wash containers were empty and the in room coffee had not been filled.

This was a fantastic stay for our family of 4. We did upgrade our room at check in. The Hula tower on the top floor with an ocean view. The daily breakfast was more than enough, omelette station was the best. Get there before 8am to enjoy. The nightly reception was casual and the complimentary drinks for adults were actually good. Our family cannot wait to return to this Embassy Suites in Waikiki!

$45 daily parking is a lot but walking gives you access to a lot in downtown. If you need to park, explore the public parking spaces around the surrounding streets. Economical and safe but not guaranteed to be available.
